Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rasinart! We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you via email.


2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated Delivery Time 1-7 business days. Costs are calculated at the checout.


3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

📌 Note: International orders may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the link provided or directly on the carrier’s website.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Rasinart is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at nataliiarasina@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll do our best to assist.


6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Some items may have shipping restrictions based on your location.
