Refund Policy

At Rasinart, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

  • Unworn, unused, with tags still attached

  • In its original packaging

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to contact us for clarification before initiating a return.


Exchanges

Need something different? The fastest way is to:

  1. Return your item (once approved)

  2. Place a new order for the product you want


EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason — no justification needed.

Returned items must still be:

  • In their original condition (unworn/unused)

  • With tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at nataliiarasina@gmail.com
